In a good night of Brentwood football, junior running back Jake Zivic lead the Eagles in rushing against Crystal City to a 42-6 win.

Zivic finished with 107 rushing yards and senior Rekardo Owens added 82.

Senior David Rivera lead the Brentwood  tacklers with 9 solo tackles and 2 assists. Junior Josh Moreno had 4 solo and 4 assists and Wesley Sappington had 6 solos and 3 assists.

Crystal City’s only score came as the result of a roughing the kicker that gave them back the ball.

Head coach Keith Herring said the bad thing about a win is you they only get to enjoy it for a short wile, then they have to start of the next game.

"They’re a good team," Hearring said of Maplewood Richmond Heights, who will play against the Eagles at Brentwood next Friday night.

"They’re going to be bigger than us, which we know everybody is going to be bigger than us, but they’re real big, so we’re going to have to work our tail off, and the kids know that."
