Brentwood Man Accused of Hitting Elderly Woman
The man was charged with elder abuse on Friday.
Jeffrey Soebbing, 49, of Brentwood, was charged with elder abuse. Brentwood Police said he hit a 73-year-old woman in the head.

A Brentwood man struck a 73-year-old woman in the head on Sept. 12, according to a Brentwood Police report.
Jeffrey B. Soebbing, 49, of the 2600 block of Porter Avenue, was charged Friday in St. Louis County Circuit Court with third-degree elder abuse.
