DeirDre Krotz, who calls herself an artrepreneur, painted a mural in her daughter's room about 13 years ago.
She liked it, and has been painting decorative finishes on walls, ceilings and furniture as a business since then, under the name, Crazywalls.
Krotz moved to Maplewood, from Wildwood, in June. She held an open house at her studio on Oct. 5.
