Two Hadley Township developers are expected to be chosen Monday night at a meeting of the Richmond Heights City Council.
Costco and Menards are competing to develop land just north of Maplewood Commons. Meanwhile, Pace Properties is seeking a $125 million retail development just south of The Heights community center.
