Holsome Health Life Energy Center to Open in Maplewood July 2
The focus will be on holistic wellness.
A holistic wellness center, Holsome Health Life Energy Center, will be opening its doors, at 3542 Oxford Avenue, on July 2.
Tammy Scott and her business partner William Duffin will offer massage therapy, energy work, including Reiki and Qigong, Qigong classes, Reiki attunements, and also energy work on animals.
“The focus is going to be on holistic wellness,” Scott said.
She described Reiki is a type of energy work.
“It’s a hands-on healing basically,” she said. “I incorporate it with massage, and we’ll incorporate it with different types of wellness stuff.”
Duffin will also offer clairvoyant readings, channeling and mediumship, and also classes covering all self-empowering topics.
Scott went to Baltimore School of Massage about 12 years ago, and she also did her Reiki training at the Healing Arts Center, in Maplewood.
“I’m a Reiki master teacher,” she said. “I do Usui, Reiki, Karuna, and I’m a Reiki Jikiden practitioner. She’ll also offer a Qigong through supreme science Qigong center.
“The focus with supreme science Qigong center is naturopathic food-based healing, breathwork, and obviously Qigong classes, too,” she said.
She said Mystic Valley, a business that has been at Deer Creek Center and is moving to Manchester Road will complement what she offers.
The Holsome Health Life Energy Center will open July 2.
