I have gotten into the habit of reading the Patch website every morning to see what is happening in my community. I know that there are typically 5 articles to scan and they are written very succinctly. The Patch is the best way to get updates on city government, boards and commissions and civic events. Keep up the good work and happy anniversary. Barry Greenberg, Maplewood City Council.

Thank you so much for the kind words, Barry, and for making yourself available as a resource when I'm working on Maplewood government stories.

I appreciate your hard work and effort in investigating the issues in Brentwood. I also appreciate your airing the feelings of Brentwood residents. I think you've done a fair job without being sensationalistic. Keep it up. Ed Wright

Ed, thank you so much for the kind words! I certainly try to be as fair as possible with every story, and I sincerely appreciate you noticing that. And thank you for inviting me to Brentwood school events, like the diversity club's panel last year! I really enjoyed covering that.

Congratulations on your first year! I also read Patch on a daily basis to find out what is going on in Brentwood. You are doing a great job of weaving together a comprehensive perspective- the good and the bad. Each story is more than an individual news item- I like how the site lists related items next to the article I am reading. It is also great that all content is available instead of being archived (like several news outlets I can think of). The way you have integrated with Facebook is also very nice.
You should increase the number of profiles about specific residents. Some extraordinary people live here. Historical articles are also really cool, especially as we approach Brentwood's Centennial.
Keep up the great work!
