Ladue Man Charged With Exposing Himself to Boy in Home Depot Restroom

The 42-year-old man faces a felony sexual misconduct charge.

A Ladue man was charged Tuesday with exposing himself to a child in a Brentwood store restroom last fall.

Christopher A. Frank, 42, of the 700 block of Cella Road in Ladue, faces a charge of sexual misconduct involving a child under age 15, a felony.

Brentwood Police reported that Frank got on his knees in a restroom stall and exposed his genitals to a child in the next stall on Nov. 25. Police said Frank then laid on the floor and watched the boy use the restroom.

The restroom was in the Brentwood Home Depot at 1603 South Hanley Road.

Bond for Frank was set at $7,500.

I'm confused. This man did this almost a year ago, last fall and he is now just being charged? Or did you just find out that he was charged a year ago?
