Maplewood Man Charged in Two North County Burglaries
The two burglarized homes were on the same block.
A Maplewood man was charged Tuesday with breaking into two North County homes.
Ricky Houston, 19, of the 7700 block of Bartold Avenue in Maplewood, was charged with two counts each of second-degree burglary and stealing.
A St. Louis County Police report said Houston broke into a home in the 10500 block of Green Slope, near Dellwood, between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. March 17 and stole a laptop computer and $200 in cash.
Police said in the report that he broke into a second home in the 10500 block of Green Slope between 8:40 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. March 25 and stole two televisions, a bed sheet and $25 cash.
Bond was set at $25,000.
