The 48-year-old man committed the acts a block away from Maplewood Richmond Heights High School, Maplewood police stated.

Maplewood police arrested a man on suspicion of exposing and touching his genitals as two 16-year-old girls walked by his house at about 9:25 a.m. Tuesday. The house is about a block away from Maplewood Richmond Heights High School.

Kenneth W. Gooch, 48, of the 2500 block of Gerhard Avenue, has been charged with three counts of second-degree sexual misconduct by indecent exposure.

Gooch previously committed the same acts as one of the same girls walked by his house at 1 p.m. and again at 3 p.m. on Aug. 7, police stated in a news release.

Gooch is being held on a $15,000 bond at the St. Louis County Justice Services Center.

This guy needs to be dealt with. Hopefully this results in him becoming a registered sex offender.
