Maplewood Real Estate Taxes Drop, Personal Property Unchanged

Maplewood tax rates for residential real estate dropped for the third year in a row.
At the Sept. 25 Maplewood City Council meeting, the council voted to set tax rates on residential and commercial real estate, and personal property.
The residential real estate rate fell, the commercial estate rate rose and the personal property rate stayed where it's been since at least 2010.
