Brentwood resident Maureen Saunders appeared on the Mark Reardon Show to update listeners on the upcoming state audit of the city government's books.

Brentwood gained some airtime on the Mark Reardon Show on Tuesday.
Resident Maureen Saunders, who led a petition drive to get the city's books audited by the state, updated listeners on the progress of the state audit.
She also asked listeners to attend a special Brentwood Board of Aldermen meeting scheduled for Jan. 17. Representatives from the state auditor's office have said they plan to attend the meeting, Saunders said.
