Mildred Anita Ballak died November 21, 2012, from an obituary in the St. Louis Post Dispatch.
Mildred was a dedicated wife and mother, longtime member and chairman of the board of Maplewood Christian Church and current member of Watson Terrace Christian Church.
She was married to the late John Ballak for 63 years.
Memorial service 4 p.m. Monday Nov. 26 at Jay B. Smith Funeral Home.
