Missouri Bar Association: 1 Circuit Court Judge Not to Retain on Nov. 6
The lawyers who work with the judges, evaluate them, and this one judge didn't cut it.
In St. Louis and St. Louis County 24 judges will be on voters' ballots on Nov. 6 whether to retain their services or not.
Attorneys with the Missouri Bar Association, who go before the judges, evaluate them, and all but one judge received a passing score.
"Associate Judge Dale Hood with the St. Louis County Circuit Court scored below average in all eighteen categories that lawyers with the Missouri Bar Association use to evaluate judges," The Riverfront Times reported.
