MRH Basketball Player Antonia Lee Signs to Play in College

Her high school coach Phillip Crawford called her a phenomenally smart player.

One of the best ever girls basketball players for , according to her coach Phillis Crawford, is going on to play in at the college level.

"She's a phenomenally smart player," he said. "She had a great influence on the girls." Crawford said she should have no problem adjusting to playing in college.

Senior, Antonia Lee signed last week to play for Labette Community College in Parsons, KS. She's getting a full ride, and importantly to her, the team plays in the competitive Jayhawk league, and there's a good chance she'll get a shot at moving up to Kanasas State, which has been her dream since she was a little girl.

Lee said she visited the campus in December, and enjoyed meeting the new people. A coach from Labette came to MRH too, and ran her through some shooting drills.
