MRH Girls Basketball Holds Senior Night

Clayton played four strong quarters at MRH as the Devils found only one field goal in the fourth quarter.

Maplewood Richmond Heights girls basketball hosted Clayton in a non-conference game last night, and played strong for three quarters.

The fourth quarter was the devil for the Blue Devils, however. They scored only two points, to the Greyhounds’ 20, and fell to Clayton 57-43.

An album of game photos, plus senior night shots, are available on the Maplewood Richmond Heights Blue Devils Facebook page.

Senior Antonia Lee contributed a game-high 20 points. Juniors Lacei Sams and Amelia Stubblefield paced Clayton with 14 points each.

MRH next plays a non-conference game at Elizabeth Academy (3-14) at 5 p.m. on Friday.

Clayton’s next game is against Suburban East League-leader Ladue (18-5) at Washington University at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
