A new orchestra in St. Louis, the Metropolitan Orchestra of Saint Louis, will perform its concerts at the Maplewood Richmond Heights Theater.

The orchestra is composed of professional and amateur musicians, music teachers and music students.

MRH students will have the chance to learn from the musicians, and community members will be invited to dress rehearsals free of charge.

The first performance is Sunday, Sept. 30 at 7 p.m.
