There will be no penalty for a Maplewood Richmond Heights football team infraction of a MSHSAA (Missouri State High School Activities Association) rule.
The Blue Devils hosted Carnahan in a preseason jamboree, but a third team wasn't there, which made it an illegal jamboree by MSHSAA (Missouri State High School Activities Association) rules.
The St. Louis Post Dispatch stated that MRH reported its own infraction to MSHSAA.
MRH Director of Communications Brian Adkisson said MSHSAA leveled no sanctions against the team, in large part because it was self-reported.
MRH (3-0) travels to Park Hills Central (2-1) for a 7 p.m. game on Friday.
Brentwood (2-1) plays Cleveland (0-2) at Southwest High School at 1:30 Saturday afternoon.
