A look at Maplewood and Brentwood's offerings.
It's no secret that Maplewood and Brentwood are host to several great sports bars - but which one is the best? We can't make up our mind, so we'll list off some favorites and let you decide. Just tell us in the comments!

The Post Sports Bar & Grill is a local favorite in Maplewood. Its wide screen TVs constantly show St. Louis Cardinals games or other sports. The Post has 16 beers on tap, 40 bottled drinks and a fully-stocked bar. For food, guests can munch on some Post-Its; garlic bite-sized cheese bread served with garlic butter. You have to try the baked chicken wings, a twist on the traditional tossed in your favorite wing sauce. Also opt for giant pizzas, sandwiches or burgers.
O'B Clark's Restaurant in Brentwood has sports games on the tube as well, including World Cup Soccer and the Olympics. Beer and wine selections are standard, as is the food, with wings, toasted ravioli, pizza and burgers. O'B Clark's is a great place to watch the game and get food you know you like.
Sports Attic Bar & Grill in Brentwood is just down the street from The Post and is clearly eager to compete with its competition. Offering just as many sports channels as other restaurants, Sports Attic gets a little more creative with the menu, serving Boomerangs (cheese-filled wontons, spicy with a choice of dipping sauce) and a different selection of sauces such as Pineapple Pepper or Hot Braized. For drinks, you can always head to Sports Attic for $3 shots, $4 bombs and $5 pitchers.
Brentwood will soon be getting some more sports bar action of its own, with the opening of a Buffalo Wild Wings at 1210 Strassner Drive, the last undeveloped plot at Hanley Station. Clearly wings are the name of the game at this franchise restaurant, with 14 sauces to choose from.
We will have to wait and see if this sports bar will stack up to the rest, but I wouldn't bet against it. Buffalo Wild Wings cater lovingly to the sports fanatic. Buffalo Wild Wings has a wider menu selection with flatbread pizzas, ribs and popcorn shrimp. For dessert, get a couple scoops of ice cream or a slice of chocolate fudge cake.
