State Auditor Presentation Planned at Brentwood Meeting
A special Brentwood Board of Aldermen meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday evening.
With Brentwood City Hall closed on Monday to honor Martin Luther King Jr. Day, elected officials scheduled a special Brentwood Board of Aldermen meeting on Tuesday night.
It is slated to begin at 7 p.m. at city hall.
Chris Vetter from the Missouri State Auditor's Office is scheduled to give a presentation to the city and meeting attendees.
As we reported earlier this month, the state audit was scheduled to begin in January.
Resident Maureen Saunders, who organized the petition drive to get the city's books audited by the state, appeared on the Mark Reardon Show to encourage residents to attend the meeting.
