In a blog on Maplewood-Brentwood Patch, Brentwood Police stated the suspected robber of the First Bank, inside Dierbergs, in Brentwood last week, has been arrested.

On Monday Jan. 7th, a bank robbery occurred at the First Bank, located inside the Dierbergs store at 8450 Eager Road.

On Friday, Jan 11th, Brentwood Police arrested the suspect, Michael Abbott, 28 years old. The St Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged Abbott with First Degree Robbery.  He is currently being held at the St Louis County Intake Center.
