University of Phoenix to Open Offices in Brentwood

The University of Phoenix will occupy roughly 20,000 square feet in the building's second, fifth and sixth floors, reports the CoStar Group. An article notes that the university signed an eight-year lease.
The building also holds Magna Fitness Center, Paragon Group and 1401 Bistro, among other businesses.
