Some users, like Stefano Sommer and Pat Wilken Maloney, said they were afraid that food trucks would harm the existing brick-and-mortar restaurants that populate downtown Maplewood. If there's one thing that Maplewood residents know, it's the type of shop they hope to see open in downtown Maplewood. Earlier this week, an article about McDonald's possibly moving to downtown Maplewood garnered 36 charged comments (and plenty more on our Facebook page).
