DESCRIPTION:CrossFit is constantly varied\, high  intensity\, functional 
 movement. We train using the three major tenets of  the CrossFit method:
  Metabolic Conditioning\, Gymnastics Movements\, and  Weightlifting. The
 se movements will be combined in seemingly random  groupings to provide 
 a variety that keeps your body challenged and  improving in multiple fit
 ness zones. We will do this by focusing on the  mechanics of movements f
 irst\, consistency of movements second\, and  finally\, by encouraging e
 ver increasing intensity of work.\nDuring our free 1-hour intro session\
 , we will introduce you to the  philosophy and major components of Cross
 Fit. You will learn a little  about why we do what we do\, and you will 
 receive hands on experience  with a CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD).\n
