APA Thanks Everyone Involved in The Harry & Hanley Project

As the project wraps up and the party approaches, the Animal Protective Association would like to thank everyone - from the artists who designed the sculptures to the community members who visited the statues - for taking part in The Harry & Hanley Project.

This is the largest fundraising project every undertaken by the organization, and it's been a great summer of commemorative events and community support. We want to give a big thank you to our sponsors:

Nestle-Purina, St. Louis Cardinals, Purcell & Amen, Mister Guy, Parkcrest Plastic Surgery, Maryland Plaza, Ladue Marketplace, and Scottrade

Tomorrow night 15 of the 20 statues from the project will go to auction with the proceeds benefiting the APA. The silent auction also includes a plethora of signed sports memorabilia, baskets of goodies for people as well as pets, private party gift certificates, and a variety of exotic vacation trips.

In addition to the bountiful auction, creative and delectable food stations will serve exciting creations like swordfish souvlaki, kimchi beef paninis and pastrami salmon. Of course, no birthday party would be complete without cake and ice cream, which will be provided by The Cakery and Coldstone Creamery.

DJ Greasy will keep the evening humming with music and everyone is sure to enjoy the specialty cocktails while celebrating this monumental milestone in APA history.

Tickets are $90 and can be purchased until 5:00 p.m. today at www.harryandhanley.com. Thanks again to everyone who support The Harry & Hanley Project, and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow night!
