APA's 5th Annual Fast and the Furriest 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk!
Lace up your shoes, grab your canine companion and head over to Tower Grove Park for a day of fun and festivities with your furry friend!
The furriest race in town is back! Join the Animal Protective Association this Sunday, April 28 in Tower Grove Park for a fun-filled day of running, walking, adoptable animals, crafts, prizes, food trucks and vendor booths! The Fast and the Furriest 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk is one of only 25 dog-friendly races in the whole country! Be sure to join us for this special event!
The 5K features RFID chip timing on a course accurately measured by Fleet Feet Sports. The 1 mile walk offers more leisurely participants a scenic stroll through the beautiful park. Well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome to participate in either event.
Kids can take part in face-painting and crafts, and spectators can visit the Homeward Bound mobile adoption unit, peruse the vendor booths and grab a snack at The Sweet Divine or 2Girls4Wheels food trucks!

Registration is $35 and all proceeds benefit the animal and programs of the APA. Walk-up registration is encouraged day of the event.
