There will be two votes one to approve the rezoning of one parcel of three of land that been underdeveloped and not maintained well for many years and the second to allow the development. If they vote to not allow the rezoning it will kill the projecy that will bring 3.5 millon in investment, 20 jobs come to the city and provide housing for 20 high achieving young kids.
