The idiocy of outsourcing our 911 calls...

Went door to door to residents in the Second Ward (Cindy Manestar and Lee Wynn.)  BIG SURPRISE:  a whole lot of people had  no idea this was what the Mayor was doing--and eagerly signed to protest this move. The outsourcing is to a for profit company who wants to get as many Cities under it's purview collecting payment--instead of backing the First Responders decision that we need to keep our 911's inhouse.  I'm exhausted--but Brentwood is in mismanagement crisis--and people have no idea of what is going on in City Hall.  Get a clue.  Keep residents informed and START LISTENING TO THE PEOPLE.  City Hall is currently appearing DEAF to the informed residents. And keeps the uninformed residents in the dark.   Ughhh...Put the residents FIRST and stop trying to slither the Mayoral agenda down people's throats. It's so disrespectful to the community.
