How Many Trick-or-Treaters Did You Get?

Are there fewer super heroes on the streets these days?

On my Maplewood street, I had two groups of trick-or-treaters (before I left to cover football games.)

A friend in South City said it went from 20 last year to 10 this year. She said her parents on Commonwealth Avenue, in Maplewood, had 15-20 which is much less than it used to be.

Are the days of streets filled with Captain Americas, Spidermen and princesses and   on the decline?

Let us know, how many did you get, and approximately were do you live?

I live around Comfort/Flora area in Maplewood, and had less than 10 kids, total. And, may I mention, not one of them said "trick or treat"!

I live on Maple, between Sutton and Big Bend. We had no less than 52 kids. Last year we had 54. Everyone was great. Most had jokes. All said Happy Halloween. It was a great night.

Parkridge subdivision - had lots of trick or treaters this year all decked out in their finery. Neighborhood looked great with lots of Halloween lights and decorations. Many frontyard firepits with folks chatting and enjoying all Hallow's eve. Silly fun makes the best memories.
