Maplewood Bicycle Races Draw All Levels, From as Far as Wisconsin
The Maplewood Criterium drew all ages and classes to race on Sunday.
More than 50 bikers came to the Sunnen Industrial Park Sunday afternoon to race in the second annual Maplewood Criterium. The racers, in the fastest group, biked a course of almost a mile through Sunnen Park and down Flora Avenue for 65 minutes.
Some came from as far away as Wisconsin to ride in Maplewood.
Other classes, such as kids, riders 50 years old and older and juniors raced the same course, though for varying lengths of time.
