Maplewood Concert Rained Out, Soccer, Fun in the Mud Ensues
A crowd came to Ryan Hummert Park hoping to hear some Johnny Cash, but the band folded when it rained.
Johnny Cash-One More Round didn't even get one song in before the band was rained out Wednesday at Ryan Hummert Park.
But after the deluge, it was a fine evening for hanging out in the park.
The regularly-scheduled pick-up soccer game wasn't called off, and the rain gave some 'kids' the opportunity to play in the muddy baseball diamond infield.
