Ryan Hummert Night Draws 300 to Busch Stadium

The tickets raised money for a memorial for the fallen Maplewood firefighter.

Ryan Hummert Night at the Ballpark brought 300 Maplewoodians and friends to Busch Stadium on Friday night.

Tickets were sold at a discounted rate to raise money for a memorial for fallen Maplewood firefighter Ryan Hummert, who was killed by a gunman on July 21, 2008, while on duty.

The crowd saw a 5-4 St. Louis Cardinals loss to the Kansas City Royals.
