Brentwood Theater Student is Cast for All-State Production

Taiza Cole, a junior at Brentwood High School, will play a leading role during the all-state production of Violet next January.

A student at Brentwood High School is among the select few who were cast for Violet, a show that will be presented next January during the Missouri Thespian Conference.

Taiza Cole, a junior, was one of 20 students who were cast. She will play a gospel singer, which is a leading role, stated Anita Lippman, theater teacher at the high school, in an email to Patch.

"Auditioning was life changing because it opened my eyes to show how hard I will have to work," stated Cole in an email. "But I am so happy to be cast and experience working with all these other talented students."
