Brentwood High to Perform 'Brighton Beach Memoirs,' a Comedy by Neil Simon

This comedy takes place in 1937 and centers around the joy, pain and frustrations of Eugene Jerome, a 15-year-old boy coming to terms with his family, his drive to play baseball and his serious crush on his cousin, Nora.

All tickets are $5 and it is general admission/open seating. The show starts at 7 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday nights, and runs a little under two hours.

The story is universal: we all must learn to cope with our day-to-day issues, our sibling rivalry and our dreams and fantasies.
