Fifth Annual Brentwood Lions Talent Extravaganza

The Brentwood Lions will be holding their fifth annual “Spaghetti, Music and Talent Extravaganza” on Saturday October 20th at the Goff-Moll American Legion Post.  The event features an All-You-Can-Eat spaghetti dinner starting at 6:30 pm, and a talent/entertainment show, as well as music during dinner and for dancing afterwards. Doors open at 6pm.  The audience will get to vote for the winners and awards will be given out for first, second and third place. The cost will be $25 per person (adults only).  A cash bar will be available.

Of course, what would a talent show be without talent?  The Brentwood Lions Club is looking for any sort of entertainment act to participate in the Extravaganza – singing, dancing, comedians, etc.  There is a $10 registration fee and all acts must be registered in advance, registration will close as soon as all positions on the playbill are filled.  All talent registrations will end by October 12th, but it would be a good idea to sign up as soon as possible to assure your opportunity to participate.   To reserve a place in the show, please contact Lion Eugene Taylor at (314) 660-1337 or LionPinkFloyd@sbcglobal.net.

Last year’s winner was Brentwood local, Jason Holmes, as he played his guitar and sang his way to 1st place.  The Brentwood Lions and his fans are hoping he’ll be back this year to defend his title.
