Perfect Final Concert in Maplewood's Ryan Hummert Park
Javier Mendoza played in Maplewood. He said he grew up in Brentwood.
Singer/songwriter Javier Mendoza played for the crowd on the hill at Maplewood's Ryan Hummert Park for the last summer concert of the year Wednesday night.
Mendoza was accompanied by Jim Peters, who also plays with the St. Louis band, The Provels.
The Maplewood Community Betterment Foundation sponsors the summer concerts. Small Business Saturday, on Nov. 30, is the next MCBF event.
