Rest assured that Milagro Modern Mexican uses 100 percent real beef.

With recent reports of a lawsuit directed toward fast food chain Taco Bell and its alleged 35 percent beef content, tensions are running high in the foodie world. This recent allegation, paired with an overall shift toward patronizing local businesses, has sent many residents in search of local restaurants versus corporate chains.

, provides a perfect model of food that is local, delicious and affordable. Owner Adam Tilford has worked to provide a high level of service and cuisine at Milagro since its opening in April 2010.

During the course of the week, customers can expect an ever-changing menu with Mexican favorites: Queso Fundido with Monterrey and Chihuahua Cheese, Barbacoa Beef Burritos and Duck Tostaditas are just a few of the items that comprise the menu.

Aside from the creative spin of Mexican food the menu provides, customers can also look forward to themed events at Milagro Modern Mexican. Tamale Tuesday features different tamales every week; Tequila Flight Night is celebrated each Thursday when customers can enjoy 50 percent off of all tequila flights.
