Jones, who could not be reached for comment, has owned and operated seven other Buffalo Wild Wings franchises in the St. Louis area.
Buffalo Wild Wings is a national chain that serves standard sports bar fare, including its well-known chicken wings with a wide variety of sauces, burgers, flat-bread pizza, salads, chicken wraps, sandwiches, ribs and more. The restaurant features 14 sauces for its wings.
Each franchise boasts a wide selection of draft and bottled beer and a full bar. Non-alcoholic drinks include flavored lemonades and Coca-Cola brand sodas.
Jones has acquired all necessary building, sign and liquor permits, said Ellen Rottjakob, the director of planning and development for Brentwood. He's only waiting for final occupancy and inspection permits once construction is complete.
