Learn the Basics of Gluten-Free Cooking
Maya Bradstreet, AADP Certified Holistic Health Counselor shares healthful, easy recipes for gluten-free eating. Participants will make a breakfast dish, a quinoa salad and a baked treat. Classes are offered from 10-11 a.m., noon-1 p.m. and 2-3 p.m. Space is limited, advance registration is recommended.
