This class explores what can be purchase locally for the spring/summer season and how to get creative in your cooking. Taught by macrobiotic and seasonal cooking instructor, Bridgette Kosser. Participants will learn how to make dishes with radishes, beets, onions, baby lettuce, rhubarb peas, strawberries and more. Space is limited, advance registration recommended.
