Dominic Michael is moving to the new center after 30 years on Forsyth Boulevard.

Four new tenants have signed leases at the old Colonial Marketplace, in the 8800 block of Maryland Avenue, in Clayton and Ladue.

"Blown Away, a new tenant, just opened, Dominic Michael Hair Salon is relocating there, Cini Italian restaurant and Ivy Hill Boutique, from the Central West End, have all signed leases," Mike Anthon, with developer, Desco, said.

Anthon said more businesses will be announced when they're signed.
