Job: Process Improvement Facilitator

Experience: At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing business process improvement. Experience in banking or the financial industry is highly preferred. Bachelors degree is required, MBA is preferred.
Responsibilities: Facilitation of lean events across the organization that supports the most critical business processes and enablers. Provide leadership and direction to affect a culture change of continuous process improvement.

Job: Administrator

Experience: Bachelor’s degree, minimum five years experience as a nursing facility administrator, fast-paced Medicare setting preferred. Current Missouri Nursing Home Administrator’s license required.
Responsibilities: Interaction with all aspects of the facility and corporate office including management, therapy, environmental services, dietary, admissions, activities, human resources along with the nursing staff, residents and their family members and friends.​
Salary: $65,000 to $100,000 annually, plus census bonus
