Jumpin' Jupiter Gets Eviction Notice, Agreement Reached: Will Stay

An eviction notice was tagged to the club's front door on May 31, though the lights were on and the music was playing the day after.

An eviction notice appeared on the front door of Maplewood's on May 31.

A circuit judge ruled that the club must give back the space and repay $40,506, according to an article in STLtoday.com.

But things have worked out for the best.

An update to the article said an agreement had been reached that would allow Jumpin' Jupiter to  "continue to operate in the space for a long time to come."
