Maplewood Real Estate Business Unstoppable

A few distractions couldn't slow business at Krodinger Real Estate.

Bill and Bob Krodinger, of Krodinger Real Estate, in Maplewood, faced a perfect storm of distractions Thursday morning, but it didn't slow down their work day.

They were in the process of having new windows installed, and at the same time, Maple Avenue, right outside, was getting ripped up by a work crew. With coats on and through the noise they kept working.

Bob Krodinger said the Krodingers have been in the real estate business for 95 years, and at the corner of Maple and Sutton Boulevard since 1974.

Krodinger said the building was previously the Maple Leaf Restaurant, and before that a restaurant owned by Lou Blaze called Blaze's. The restaurant's advertising motto was 'Go to Blaze's,' he said.
