Maplewood's favorite pie bakery will now be open Tuesday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It previously opened at 11.
Pie Oh My owner Jane Callahan also hired one of her employees to work full time.
"We're booming," Callahan said. "Saturdays are crazy busy."
