The front door to Maplewood's yet-to-be-opened Great Harvest Bakery and La Cosecha Coffee Roasters, at 7360 Manchester Road, was open Monday afternoon. A peek inside revealed what appears to be a very large oven and an impressive-looking coffee roaster.
No official opening date has been set, but from appearances, after the new floor is laid, it looks like the shop is getting close.
