Still Space in David Schlafly Building

Schlafly is renovating 7412 Manchester Road. He's still looking for a second tenant. He's also working on leasing the Black Cat Theater building.

Maplewood developer David Schlafly is in the process of gut rehabbing the building at 7412 Manchester Road in Maplewood.

He has one tenant signed, a showroom to sell high-end lighting to architects and designers.

He's still looking for someone for the remaining 2,000 square feet.
