The Book House Celebrates Banned Books, Then Closes for Move to Maplewood

Watch an entertaining video of The Book House's last night celebration.

The Book House, a new and used bookstore moving to Maplewood from Rockhill, celebrated its last night in its Victorian cottage with Banned Books Night 2013.

“The event served as more than recognition of our collective right to read, the evening was also a bittersweet send off celebrating our beloved Book House location in Rock Hill,” owner, Michelle Barron said.
