Hilliker Corporation Casts Its Spell

Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, used some supernatural powers to close its latest deal.

Archfront Media partners John Mancuso and Jason Rottler recently leased property at 5625 Manchester Rd. near downtown St. Louis and opened The Mad Magician, which will feature live music along with food and drink.  The name is a tribute to the 1954 horror film that starred St. Louis native Vincent Price.  Hilliker agent Hal Ball represented both the tenant and building owner HHGreece with the transaction.

“We have been booking cover and original bands since we started our company in 2008,” said partner Mancuso.  “We wanted to create our own place where we could combine our love of music with some quality food selections.”  Mancuso said the restaurant will feature homemade specialty sandwiches, salads and appetizers.

In addition to promoting acts at the newest venue, Archfront Media will continue booking acts throughout Missouri and the Midwest.

Hilliker Corporation, which targets regional and national entrepreneurs, is St. Louis’ largest locally owned independent commercial real estate company located at 2001 S. Hanley Rd.  The firm’s agents, who each average over 15 years of experience, have completed more than 10,000 sales and leases for industrial, office, retail and institutional clients since its inception in 1985.  For more information, contact Hal Ball at (314) 781-0001 or visit their website at www.hillikercorp.com.
