Hilliker Corporation Gets Personal With Strength Academy

Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, has worked with property owner Bruce Becker on many deals over their 23-year working relationship.  This time it’s shaping up to be their healthiest transaction yet.

St. Louis Strength Academy owner Nathan Williams recently opened his personal fitness gym at 8617 Manchester Rd. in Brentwood.  The 2,500-square-foot leased space gives Williams the opportunity to showcase his company that he founded in 2009.  Williams’ private training facility focuses on sports performance, physique training and weight loss for clients of all ages.

Will Aschinger of Hilliker Corporation represented building landlord Bruce Becker.  Mark Kramer of Commercial Realty Advisors represented the tenant in this five-year lease.
