Hilliker Corporation Sells Pacific, Mo. Industrial Property

Hilliker Corporation recently helped with the sale of a Pacific, Mo. property, which is one of the first industrial deals in the area in more than two years.

The 9,000-square-foot office and warehouse space, located at 4 Midwest Drive, is on a two-acre lot and sold for $365,000.  Hilliker Corporation agent Scott Martin represented the seller, Howard Selcke, L.T.  KW Commercial agent David Gitt represented the buyer, Doug and Kelly Shelton, who will lease the property to tenants.

The new owner plans to enclose the land by building a fence around the property, as well as pave its gravel road and parking area.  The building was constructed as a truck transfer warehouse and terminal.  It has five sets of cross-docks for a total of 10 docks, plus a drive-in area.  Approximately 4,000-square-feet of the building is designated for office space.
